Requests you can make

You may ask to access or correct your information, delete information, obtain a copy, restrict a use, withdraw consent, or explain a disclosure. Depending on your location and the law applicable to Phoenix, you may have additional rights relating to targeted advertising, sale or sharing, sensitive information, automated decisions, or appeals.

This page does not assert that every privacy statute applies to Phoenix or that every request must be granted without exceptions. We will explain applicable limits, identity checks, and any available appeal process when responding. Statutory response deadlines apply where required by law.

Verification and authorized representatives

We may request enough information to reasonably match a request to the relevant records. An authorized representative may need evidence of permission. We aim to avoid collecting more sensitive information than necessary to verify a request.

Messaging preferences

Reply STOP to SMS messages to opt out. In your signed-in account, you can manage optional flight-request and quote notification preferences. Use the unsubscribe mechanism in promotional emails or contact the team. A marketing opt-out does not necessarily prevent legally permitted service or security communications through other channels.

Stopping SMS may also prevent requested quote notifications from reaching that number. A new inquiry or a qualified-lead designation does not by itself authorize promotional texts.

Browser choices and record limits

Browser settings let you remove cookies and local storage; this does not delete customer records. Consult the cookie notice for the current controls.

Some information may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, disputes, transactions, or an opt-out suppression list. If a request cannot be fully fulfilled, ask for an explanation. Where a law provides a right to complain to a regulator or appeal a denial, those rights remain available.
