What happens after 18 months?
Silver and Gold prepaid flight hours expire 18 months from the date of purchase. Black fractional hours follow the ownership agreement’s annual allocation and usage terms. Plan to complete your flying within that period. Freedom Flyer rewards points never expire.
Can I book during holidays and peak travel periods?
Yes. Cardholders and fractional owners have no blackout dates and can book earlier than public on-demand customers. Exact advance-booking windows will be published by tier.
How do concierge fees work?
Phoenix’s concierge coordination fee is 10% of the services arranged. The optional concierge services fee is 50% off for Silver and waived for Gold and Black. This discount or waiver does not cover the 10% coordination fee or the cost of the service itself.
Are card savings and mileage rewards the same thing?
No. Silver and Gold set the price of covered prepaid hours, while Black follows fractional ownership pricing. Freedom Flyer points are earned separately on eligible flying and can be redeemed toward future Phoenix flights under the rewards program’s terms.
