What these technologies do

Cookies are small browser records. Local storage and session storage also keep information on a device. These technologies can maintain a sign-in session, remember a choice, connect a chat session, or support visit attribution. Infrastructure providers may use additional security mechanisms.

Website preferences and chat

The landing site uses the phoenix_app_banner_v2_dismissed cookie to remember that you dismissed its app banner. Its configured maximum age is 180 days.

The landing chat uses phoenix.concierge.session in session storage for an anonymous session identifier. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab session. This identifier supports conversation continuity; it is not a claim that all related server records disappear when the tab closes.

Platform sessions and attribution

The Phoenix platform uses authentication-related cookies to support signed-in access and account security. Names and lifetimes depend on the authentication configuration.

The platform also uses phoenix-visitor-id and phoenix-first-touch in local storage for visitor and referral attribution. Local storage can persist until removed. Where Google Analytics is enabled, Google may set its own measurement cookies. The exact inventory depends on the deployed configuration and your interaction with the services.

Your controls

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage through browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or interfere with chat and preferences. Clearing device storage does not withdraw SMS permission or delete server-side records.

Changes

The inventory should be updated when new analytics, advertising, embedded content, or other storage technologies are deployed. Where consent is required, a notice alone does not replace obtaining and honoring that choice.
