Website and platform terms of use

Scope

These proposed terms concern Phoenix Aviation Charters, LLC’s website and digital platform. A separate signed or accepted agreement identifies the Phoenix group entity responsible for a flight brokerage, aircraft ownership, management, membership, or other paid service. That agreement governs the particular service and controls to the extent of a conflict concerning it.

These drafts are not currently effective terms. Adoption will require an effective date and appropriate presentation and acceptance where necessary.

Access and accounts

Use the services only for lawful purposes and only if you are an adult authorized to arrange the relevant inquiry or transaction. Provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, and tell Phoenix promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or access another customer’s records without authority.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, defeat security controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, harass staff or other users, submit unlawful content, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Automated extraction or bulk use that disrupts the service or accesses restricted information is prohibited.

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize Phoenix to process it as reasonably needed to respond to your request and provide the relevant service, subject to the privacy notices. This does not grant an unrestricted right to publish passenger communications.

Estimates and booking

Route calculations, aircraft illustrations, availability indicators, pricing examples, and program comparisons are informational. They may depend on assumptions and may change. A form submission, chat response, or quote acknowledgment does not reserve an aircraft or confirm a flight.

The applicable written quote and booking documents must address price, taxes, additional charges, operator, aircraft, itinerary, cancellation, payment, and other material terms. Website content does not override those documents.

Intellectual property and external links

Phoenix and its licensors retain rights in website content, branding, software, and materials. You may use the services for their intended personal or authorized business purpose. Do not imply endorsement or reuse protected materials beyond permission or applicable law.

Links to other services may take you to providers with their own terms and privacy practices. Phoenix does not control all linked content or guarantee a third party’s performance.

AI and availability

Alex and other AI-assisted features can make mistakes. Verify material information with the team. The digital service may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable during maintenance, errors, or events outside reasonable control. Do not rely on it for emergency assistance or flight-operational decisions.

Responsibility and remedies

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The allocation of responsibility for a paid aviation service belongs in the applicable service agreement. These digital terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Phoenix may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect security, investigate misuse, or comply with law. Where appropriate, contact Phoenix to resolve an access problem.

Changes and questions

Updates will identify their effective date and be presented as required by applicable law. Material changes should not be applied retroactively to an existing signed service agreement without an appropriate basis. Contact the team at (629) 206-5011 with questions.
