Requests and estimates
Submitting a route or requesting a quote asks Phoenix to evaluate your travel needs. It does not secure aircraft availability, guarantee a price, or confirm a booking. Calculators use assumptions that may not match the final itinerary. Review the applicable quote and booking documents before committing.
Operator and aircraft information
Phoenix Aviation Charters, LLC currently acts as an air charter broker and arranges carriage through third-party operators certificated to conduct applicable operations under 14 CFR Part 135. Phoenix is not currently operating flights under its own air carrier certificate and does not exercise operational control over those flights. The direct air carrier and contracting parties will be identified in the applicable booking documents. Phoenix is pursuing a certificate acquisition through its partner network; this does not constitute present operating authority or guarantee when future authority will become effective.
Aircraft images, planned finishes, seating examples, range, and performance information are illustrative unless expressly confirmed. Actual aircraft, payload, routing, fuel stops, baggage capacity, weather, and airport conditions may affect a trip.
Pricing, changes, and cancellations
A written quote should identify what is included and what may be charged separately, including applicable taxes and operational charges. Payment timing, cancellation fees, refunds, substitutions, delays, and itinerary changes are governed by the accepted service agreement and applicable law. This page does not invent a standard cancellation schedule.
Before you contract for a flight, Phoenix will provide the identity of the operating carrier, the capacity in which Phoenix acts, and the total known cost, including required fees and charges. Disclosures about relevant business relationships, broker compensation, and insurance will be provided where required or upon request as applicable. Changes in disclosed material arrangements and refunds are subject to applicable law as well as the agreement.
Passenger responsibilities
Provide accurate trip details and timely information needed for travel. The applicable operator’s safety, baggage, identification, and conduct requirements govern the flight. Ask the team about accessibility or assistance needs early enough to evaluate arrangements. Never rely on a website estimate for a safety-critical decision.
Programs, ownership, and management
Descriptions of prepaid hours, rewards, fractional interests, or aircraft management do not replace program documents or an ownership or management agreement. Eligibility, expiration, redemption, availability, recurring expenses, transfer rights, and other material provisions require review in the applicable documents. Projections are not promises of investment returns or tax treatment.
Phoenix also manages aircraft assets, owns an interest in an aircraft, and provides management and pilot-sourcing coordination for a joint-ownership group under its agreements. Those activities are described separately in the Aircraft management and joint ownership notice and must not be confused with brokered charter flights.
Before adoption
- Verify the precise contracting entity, broker disclosures, carrier identification, and operational-control language for each itinerary. Do not describe Phoenix as the operating carrier before required authority is effective.
- Prepare separate signed charter, card/rewards, ownership, and management agreements from actual business terms.
